At Dania Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most showroom items and home decor. Please ensure all items are in original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Dania Furniture showroom within 14 days of receipt to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or accessory is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Small decor items can be returned to any store location, while larger furniture pieces require a scheduled professional pickup which may be subject to a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
